Hi Tom. Seem to have fixed this problem, sticky butterfly in throttle body. All good now.

Far from it I'm afraid Tom. Still need to put the whole thing back together again. We have removed all the top assy so we could access the engine. At least we can put it all back together and put it back on the water which will allow us to conduct further testing. As you know, can only run for a minute or so out of water and cannot test all functions also.
No doubt you will hear from me again in the not too distant future!
If you look in the 4 Tec forums I have posted about another unit I have been asked to look at. I seem to be the "go to" guy for Seadoo problems here now! This also has serious issues including no compression on one cylinder......
