New Stock ECM Installed

Quick question about replacing the ECM on a 2023 Sea-Doo Fishpro Trophy (1630 ACE-170hp). I recently had my ECM replaced and a new stock tune loaded from the dealer. I purchased the ski new and the engine now has about 200 hours on it. The break-in NOTE: in the user manual below states 'During the first 3 hours of operation, the engine management limits the engine maximum speed for engine protection.' Does this apply to a newly installed ECM when the engine is already broken in?

If the cluster is reading 0-5 hours, the ECU thinks it is in the break in phase. If the dealer replaced the ECU and updated the correct hours then it's not in the break in period.

I agree, this is what my cluster is reading.
