NEW SBT ENGINE INSTALL GASKET ~ REQUIRED?

Hello, I just wanted to pick some advice regarding the install gasket set from SBT that they say is "required" when swapping out engines. I had swapped out a SBT engine in my 97 Seadoo GTS in 2015. Last September 2018 my water cooling lines got clogged up with beach sand and the jet ski overheated to the point that the water box/muffler turned red and the ski shutdown. I was still able to get the ski turned on the next day to flush out the engine with fresh water and stored until recently. This year I changed out the water box and all the melted exhaust hose + flushed out all the clogged up sand from the water cooling lines. Jet Ski was running fine on beach then died. Apparently one of the water hoses to the tuned pipe looks like it melted and sprung a leak (from the last time it was overheated) , ski filled with saltwater and we were unable to turn it back on after we drained the water out on the beach (like if it had no spark) so we towed it back. The next 48 hours I go to hit the starter to see if I could diagnose the no spark issue and already the motor feels so tight (hydrolocked) it immediately burnt the starter. Apparently the saltwater still in the engine that was never able to be flushed out when it last died on the beach was the engines death sentence 24 hours later :-(
So lesson learned time to replace the engine, Im iffy about rebuilding it since it overheated last year so was just going to swap it again. The question is , should my gaskets... exhaust, intake...exc still be Ok just swapping the engine and keeping the 2015 gaskets or should I replace all the gaskets since the engine being replaced overheated last year?

No, you can't reuse gaskets. If you get a new engine from them don't they come with new gaskets?

I called SBT, the gasket set is only $31. The difference of $197 from the engine swap premium versus regular is a 1 year warranty versus a 2 year warranty with gasket set included.
