Just noticed BRP improved the rebates till August 17.....I canceled the purchase of the Stingray 185 and am back hunting for what we originally sought after and thats a Challenger 180!!!

Didnt sea trial the Stingray

I did not test the Stingray. I was supposed to do this Saturday but decided I wasnt 100% committed to the stern drive and when Seadoo Upped the rebate offer I wanted to give the selling dealer as much notice as possible so they wouldn't prep the boat for me. He appreciated the call.

I keep asking myself...."Which is the boat you REALLY WANT even if money is no object?" We really want the Challenger 180 with Wake tower. Thats what prompted us to sell the primo U-205. We need to stick to our plan. I spoke with my son and asked him if it would be OK if we pass on the Stingray and wait for the perfect Challenger and he said he'd be happier with the Seadoo....So, it'll clearly cost me more but its what we want.
