New motor mount or can I fix this at home?

The metal plate that the engine mounting bolt threads into got separated from the rubber on the mount? Do i need to replace it or is it repairable?

Replace.

It is good to do an engine alignment anytime you change mounts.

Just wondering if some crazy strong glue would work,,,afterall,,that appears how it sealed in the first place?,,,rubber damper is glued to metal,,,i believe?

I don't know how they do the Seaoo Mounts but a good way to stick rubber onto metal is vulcanizing. Too much torque and vibration for anything less. They are cheap... but then I buy used parts. LOL

Broken mounts lead to misalignment on the drive line, wearing of the drive shaft, pto flywheel splines and can also cause exhaust pipe to manifold bolts to fail.

It's worth getting a good mount, these are not something to piece back together.
