Hello to all. I am new here and new to PWC's. My dad and I have been thinking about purchasing two Sea Doo's this year. Our idea is to buy a very fast and sporty one and a very luxurious one. Which ones do you think would make a nice "set"?
Thanks!

get a gsx 947cc and it will blow your nuts away seriously, And for the luxury one get a smaller version of that model like a 600 and youll love it they are extremely comfy and ride really nice hence they have a vts system (AKA trim system )

Hi, and thanks for the reply. I was really looking into getting a new SeaDoo, but thanks anyways.

I would guess that you can get a better deal buying two together than you would one alone. Check out SeaDoo.com and look over their model lineup.

The RXT-X 260 would definitely be my top pick. As for "luxury"... what are you looking for? The GTX has all the bells and whistles, but the RXT-X 260 is still pretty high-end itself.

I was looking for something comfortable, big, accessorized, fast, and that has suspension. Would the RXT X AS 260 do the trick in your opinion?

If you want suspension then look at the RXT iS 260, RXT-X aS 260, and the GTX Limited iS 260

The aS is an adjustable suspension where you turn a knob in the dash to adjust the stiffness... the iS is just regular suspension I believe

Personally, i would buy the RXT-X 260 (non suspension) because its lighter and I don't have a need for the suspension

I'd buy 2 same models.... easier to maintain service and understand, if they're the same. 2 different ones will be well... different.

i dont think there's much of a difference between those 3 models, maintenance-wise... but i am far from an expert. the engines are the same, and thats the important part.

if i was spending 30k on new ski's, i would probably go with different models so i could have a little bit of a change depending on which i ride each day (i would probably go RXT-X 260 and the GTX)

sorry i meant a 130 and a 155 got confused for a minute and had the hp backwards im used to dealing with older styles sorry alfreo but you would also love the ones that they are suggesting it just depends on how much you wanna spend

It's just a matter of personal preference... I find something I like, and that's what I like. From a maintenance point of view it keeps things very very simple... if you know how to maintain and fix one, you know how to maintain and fix both. But different strokes for different folks and all that. :-)
