New driveshaft bellows weak?

I have purchased a new driveshaft bellows kit off ebay. The tension on the new one seems to be quite a bit less than the old one. I saw a youtube somewhere that indicates this tension against the carbon seal and stainless steel bushing is critical. Thinking about just retaining the old one. Any thoughts?

If it’s a cheap Chinese one it could be weak.

Not enough tension will cause it to leak.
