My nephew let off the throttle and hit a wave knocking his hip into the LH mirror. Looks like it also cracked the housing. Looking at diagrams, it appears I need to replace the entire housing which is called the Bezel assembly plus the glass for the LH. I'm hoping I can peel off and reuse the right side. I've searched the forum and see some prior model threads and late model threads but can anyone steer me on the smartest way to get after taking this off? I have the shop manual which I'll study closer, but looking for someone whose actually done it.
