N & S are usually separate, not includded in Mikuni carb kits. Ethanol resistants should now be available, so ask your supplier for those if off road fuel is not available in your area.

The most difficult part is not having the correct tools to do the job in a timely manner.
It all starts out with buying a ball allen socket for the ratchet to remove the four carb hold down bolts that run thru the carbs and into the intake cover.
If you want to do this job and save 30 minutes to 1 hour of wasted time, do not remove the throttle cable and choke cable from the bracket on the carb, instead remove the whole bracket with the cables intact. Do not worry, you can get the cable out of the carbs without loosening them on the bracket, which then means you would have to realign the oil pump and readjust the carb throttle and choke cables.
Once the carbs are off, use a handheld impact tool ( about $10 at Harbor Frieght ) and the proper screwdriver bits on all of the screws in and on the carbs. This will save you tons of time if you strip out certain screws inside the carbs trying to use a normal screwdriver.
