I have a 2006 sea doo speedster 200 430hp was recently out last weekend and it sounds like 1 motor is capatating not sure spelled that right but one motor hits like rev limiter sounds like and then few min later temp light pops up not sure what to look for didn't see anything clogged thanks

Cavitation/cavitating.

Sounds like you may have debris or plant life clogging your cooling hose from the jet pump.

Temp light is not good, it means engine is overheating. Probably, the engine isn't receiving cooling water from the jet pump, could be debris in the jet pump.

Don't run the engine until after the reason is found and fixed!

Yeah I think I can do it I been researching online but can't really find to much online about it so I'm try with these form seems like you guys know a lot about these stuff

You may have to take the pump off and clean it thoroughly. There could be stuff you can't see in there till you remove it.

Not really. If you have some mechanical ability it will be easy. I'm not familiar with the speedster setup but I know it's not much different than a ski once you remove the steering and reverse linkage it's held on by 4 bolts. Your speedster has 2 pumps so twice the work but its easy.

Could just be leaves and debris inside pump, or a plastic shopping bag or something. Crawl under boat on trailer and look up inside to see if there's something up in thee that can be pulled out. Also put boat in forward to open reverse bucket and look up inside the nozzle into pump outlet to see if something's up inside there.

When did this problem happen, first time in water after winter or after running in shallow weedy water? Could have sucked up rocks and sand from the river bottom? Was the boat being operated in a swamp or ocean at the time?

Any and all info may hold clues to what's going on.

You may be able to reverse flush the cooling system to remove debris, or you may have to disconnect some hoses and reverse flush that way.

Usually, if something is inside of the jet pump, the engine will spin fast and hit the rev limiter, and not provide any thrust. Since the engine also overheats, sounds like whatever it is causing lack of pump hydraulic hookup (no load on engine / lack of thrust) is also blocking cooling water to the engine, the engine receives it's cooling water from the jet pump through a cooling hose connected to the pump.

Looked under the boat nothing happen right after going ru a small patch of lilies

Just becasue you can't see anything that doesn't mean it's all clear. I'd try back flushing the system first and if that doesn't work then take the pumps off and make sure nothing is in there. You sucked something up in there when you went through the lilly patch fo sure.
