I just bought a 1997 gtx and it starts fine and sounded good but once in the water it feels like it runs out of fuel. Wont got past 10mph and will rev to 7000 then drop on it's own and die. Starts back up but I have no clue is it not getting fuel? And the steering sticks too like the cable is binding. Please help
