need help gtx di 2001 with 947 eng burning fuse f5-f6

i got a 2001 gtx di wiht 947 i need to fix it my brother hock up a batt charger to the batt all night his 12 go figure . now the engine wont start i replace the fuses that blow f5 battery fuse , f6 injector fuse . but the starter will not engage i try to jumped the selenoid it will turn but it will not start and have no spark . a sea doo tech over here told me to disconect the rear elecrical box right plug that have red/purpule --black wires i did it to and the engine stop mburning fuses that plug is connected to the selenoid i dont now if that the problem ..................need help need help i cant afor a mecanic to fix it
