Need front seat for 2001 GTI

I am needing a front seat for a 2001 GTI (Cozumel green). Could use rear too but mine can do for now. The front seat frame is busted in several pieces even after we reinforced it. Guess someone must've been jumping some big waves and kept pounding away at the seat.

Also, does anyone have ideas on how to keep the plastic seat base from cracking? Thought a bracket spanning from each side of the body under the seat might help.
