Blew the rotary shaft brass gear last summer, Finally getting around to splitting the cases and I think I figured out why the brass gear went, is it just me or does that gear on the crank look like it is crooked?

where's the best place to pick up a rebuilt crank? SBT?

I would go WSM over SBT probably. Best bet is to send your OEM crank to a reputable race shop to be rebuilt. There's a ton out there just do your research before sending.

I am not sure that it is not an optical allusion. When I put a sticky note on my computer screen it looked straight. Did you check it with a dial indicator?

I should, but considering it ate the brass gear, the valve never hit anything and the top end was fresh i'm assuming the crank might be bent from the previous blow up, and/ or the gear on the crank is off centre
