yes. When I first got my boat i used a hs buffer and the 3m marine compound from west marine. I then used my little orbiter with a sponge pad to lay on some 3m marine wax. used a microfiber cloth in between jobs and it looked new. It is for sure time again. I have not buffed or waxed it since that time, 2summers ago

It's an ebay wheel. got it for $12... and I think I paid $7 to ship it.
