Mixing Sea-Doo synthetic with mystik jt4

I've been reading up and see that the mystik jt4 synthetic is a good alternative to the Sea-Doo synthetic. Just wondering if I can mix them.

Do. Anytime you switch oils you have to drain the system and replace the oil filter.

Mystic is good oil.

Ok, I have two older machines with717, so no oil filter. Thanks

Yes you do on the oil pump line and you better change it or the two different oils can gel and plug the filter starving the engine of oil.

Ok thanks for the info. I'll just stick to the Sea-Doo oil.

I stick with one oil on everything, sleds and watercraft. I have a line on a good synthetic for cheap and keep a couple gallons in the garage, that way I never come up short and have to substitue for a last minute ride. Don't mix your oils.
