Hi there I am new here and I have a sea doo 3d that is running rough has good spark, compression new plugs and rotary valve, it does not want to rev up just Bogs

Just took it out on the lake today and still only nuns at 1/8 throttle then bogs out. Are coils a comman problem

So it looks like you need to flush that motor with more than just water some sort of Sullivan that gets rid of all the corrosion next you're going to want to check all your cooling hoses water routes make sure it's venting properly out of the eyelets at the back engine compartment highest and make sure your oil is clear lines next you're going to want to turn your carburetor low screw all the way in and then turn it out one full out turn in your idle till you're hitting 1800 RPM relatively fast idle

It’s a 787 rfi engine no carb

Not sure how much this will help but since you don’t have a lot of replies I will put my 3 cents in. I would first make sure you have a real good battery, have it checked at an auto parts store. I believe the RFI’s require a real good battery. Next I would check your voltage regulator/rectifier, I’ve heard they can cause all sorts of of weird issues. 3rd, I would check your fuel pressure, if it still isn’t running correctly having the injectors cleaned and tested. Theres a really good long thread on here about RFI, I will see if I can find it.

Found the problem my long pipe from the front pipe to the water bock is collapsed internally if anybody on here can get access to one I will buy thanks so much

I’m browsing marketplace all the time, where about are you? That’s different than any pipe I’ve seen on a Seadoo before.
