I cleaned and rebuilt the carbs on a 01 rx. Had some gunk in them so I thought I needed to crack open the accelerator pump on the back of the carbs. Well, I broke the little orange flapper thing. Does anyone know what it is called and if it is available anywhere. Seadoo store wants to sell me an entire accelerator pump. Picture of the item, and it goes in the middle of the white disk on the other picture. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you ever figure out how to fix this problem? I did the exact same thing on a 2000 XP and I'm looking for a solution. I looked on Mikuni.com, but couldn't find any help there either.

I appreciate the link and the quick reply. :) I can see the replacement round accelerator diaphragm, but I don't see the little, orange-colored, mushroom-shaped, rubber valve on here. Does it come with the replacement diaphragm?

I found a double carb on ebay. I have put it in, but need to take it to the lake to try it out. The accelerator pump on it did not have the orange thing. The seller said it is a bn46i, I just hope it works. If not I guess I will bite the bullet and buy the accelerator pump for $270 and put the one I bought on ebay back on ebay for sale.

you can always, dump the excell pump, and rejet alittle higher on both the pilot/main jets.
