Low compression on all 3 cylinders

Depending on the engine and fuel injection models, i'd say anything under 135 is a problem. Typical engine should be in the 140-150 PSI range (you are probably asking the wrong guy) but 115 is definitely too low. I am still questioning this result however because you didn't explain how you got to that result. I know how to test a 2-stroke but not a 4-stroke.
 
I believe I’ve read a couple times in this forum from people in the know that compression values for our four stoke supercharged motors should be around 120 and non supercharged four strokes is around 135. Also the leak down is the BRP service manual recommended engine diagnostic test of choice.
 
I read another post on a guy with a 05 rxt 260 and was getting 135 psi on two cylinders and 110 on his other. I don't know the range personally.
