hey how u guys doing this is my first time posting and would like to ask a question. I have a 2003 seadoo gtx 4 tec sc and i rebuilt the jet pump and when i went out to test it. I noticed when i gun it its not coming out like it should and also when its getting speed it normaly gets up to 7600 rpm and 63 mph. Now sometimes its gets the full rpm and then it drops to 6000 and then i keep it there and all of a sudden it jumps back up and then back down what can the cause be for this happening

If you got the bearing pinched when reassembling the jetpump could cause a seizure
problem, or if ran in saltwater, the body could corrode and the wear ring can seize or swell in on the impeller. Did you fill cone and pressure test the pump after re-assembly?
Change the *Spark plugs!

thanks no i didnt test it for pressure don t know how to. And the spark plugs thats what i had in mind to change cause it was sitting for a while

Gas, without stabilizer, goes through a chemical change in 3-4 weeks. It will not
burn well even under good compression.
Get a factory service manual specific for year/model to learn the maintenance these
Toys need. Its a must have for experts and DIY'ers alike.
