locktite for stator drain/fill + vent plugs plus for 250 optimax jet pump

Hi all,
Which color locktite do I use for the stator...the red permanent stuff?
And is it true that no locktite gets used on the plugs for the jet pump?

Use white thread sealer on the plugs for the stator, and none on the pump. The plugs for the pump have plastic washers on them that do the sealing. Make sure they are there and in good shape.

The stuff I use at work is the Permatex 592 high temp.
