I am at my buddy's cabin in the north woods. We are going to put the boats in the water today and dock them at the house for about 5 days. Any tips of anything I should do while it is docked. Craig already recommended to check on the bilge pump. I will have the factory cover on it with the poles to keep rain off it..(we have chances of rain in the next couple of days). Also, any tips about tying it to the dock...your methods.

A question also off topic...but on the dip sticks, I assume that as long as there is enough oil to cover the hump in the stick, it is good, right?...I didn't see any indicator on the stick.

Jim,

For getting to spend five days at a north woods lakefront cabin you get the obligatory "You Bastard"! :hurray:

Dude, I'm beyond green with envy!
