LCD gauges went for the second time

Ok so I have a 02 gtx 4 tec, I bought a brand new set off a guy on ebay, yes they were brand new, any how they just quit working, I have maybe to 20hrs on the ski with these new gauges, no water in them at all that I can see. They still look new, any ideas what could have caused them to just die, I do have 12volts at the connector where the gauges go. My other set got water in them and craped out. These just quit, seadoo wont honer the warranty cause they did not install them. I cant win

Update. I checked the plug again at the front compartment and now im not getting any power to the +/- where to go from here
