So I lost my 1998 sea doo GS key. I see you can buy them online and have them program. My question is is there a specific one to my model or are they just programmed to your model? I am new to this. Also I’ve looked all over the website for a 1998 GS key lanyard But it doesn’t seem to bring anything up they kind of seem like they’re all universal and then you take them to get program to your ski

All the DESS ones are the same and you have to have your ski programmed to the key. If you don't have anyone local to do it you can send your MPEM to Westside Powersports and he will program a new key to it.
