Key for Sea Doo Challenger Boats - ?

I need a replacement key for a Sea Doo Challenger 180 (2008 model). I bent mine. When I called a dealership, they said they would have to create one and they were not sure if they could. Has anyone ever had this problem?

All they have to do is program your MPEM with a new lanyard. It's not a big deal if they are a legit dealer.
