Jet drive

I went to change the oil in the jet drive today and found more water in there than oil. I have pulled the drive off of boat and have found that there are cracks running through two of the mounting points just from the edge into the bolt hole. Would this be something to worry about?

Where would you recommend getting a rebuild kit for the drive?
