I took my rxt iS255 in for the 10 hour service last week. Now the intelligent suspension is not working and I can't access it through the setting menu. The dealer says I have to bring it back to them and they have to reactivate it with the computer. They claim this is a common problem of the seadoo losing the memory. The nearest dealer is over 100 miles away!

Is there anyway I can do this myself? Thanks in advance for the help.

I just bought a 2010 GTX limited iS and I was checking the other day and I currently don't get the dock mode option under the settings menu nor does the iS status bar show up on the display other than during the self check. Is this normal? This is not per the operators manual. I have not rode due to the weather so I am not sure if these options are available on the trailer. I would think they should be. Are these symptoms the same as what you experienced? Also, did the dealer explain what caused the memory loss?

Disregard. I found a blown 3A fuse where a 30A fuse was supposed to be. Surprisingly the circuit was the 30A iS hydraulic pump circuit, not the iS control circuit. Also interesting that the controls functions were lost when the pump circuit was broken. The two must be interlocked. Oh well, I'm just happy the suspension works now without a trip to the dealer. How embarrassing would that have been if I would have taken it in referencing the shop manual flow chart, CAN bus, BUDS software, etc. only to have it be a fuse. To top it off, I'm an engineer. I guess we all have a few dumb-ass moments everyday.
