i have a 2000 seadoo rx and when i get done riding i get a inch r less than a inch of water in hull

Yes that is pretty normal. The hulls are not water tight and you will get this small amount in there. Tip your ski up on the trailer and let it drain out and then dry the rest with a towel or leave your seats off when you have it in the garage and it will dry itself out.
