Is this a good buy?

Local guy is selling an 07 rxp. Ski looks to be well taken care of and has 113hrs on it. Also has a load rite trailer with it that looks to be in nice shape. Problem with the ski is when you put the safety lanyard on you can hear the fuel pump come on but it beeps long beeps and the check engine light flashes. Then when you pull the key off you can still hear a quieter beep and an intermittent clicking. I read possible shorted Dess post or Dess relay. I can get the ski for $2,000. Is it worth buying it for that and tackling the issue?

Probably worth the money, but beware a bad wiring harness or ECU, especially if it has been in salt water.

If you can't hear it run, it's not worth $2k.

You' be buying a non-running RXP for $3000 (you need a supercharger rebuild at 100 hrs at a dealer cost of $1000).
