Installing PTO on 717 what tool and procedure ?

I see it has to be torqued to 107lbs what tools do I need ??

Tools: Hunk of rope, and an impeller tool.


Method: Put the rope in the PTO spark plug hole to lock the engine. (let the piston compress on it) Use the impeller tool to tighten the PTO.

The impeller tool I got is too big. Has part number WR012

What's the tool I need ? This tool worked on my old sportster 215 impeller

that's the 4-tec tool. (for the bigger pump) You need a 2 stroke tool.
