Impeller Repitch Equpment

This is not something I would ever do BUT I have a good friend that would do this. What, where and how much do you think would be needed in terms of machine tools and jigs that would need to be bought to repitch impellers. We are constantly tweaking these damn things. Takes too much time and money to send them off.

Any help would be appreciated.

Really just need a pitch gauge, and a crescent wrench. You start about 1"-2" back and work your way to the end making small adjustments so you don't get a kink. I should make a video for it, and might do that this summer.

There isn't a jig or anything? how do you get perfect balance?
