My impeller looks about like that and still works quite well IMO, some would say yours needs to be reworked but if it was mine I'd run it. Maybe dremel-stone some of the burrs being careful not to upset the balance.
If the trailing edges are noticeably bent they should be straightened. An experienced shop can do that if necessary, balance and blueprint if you want 100% of everything that can be had..
