I hooked up the hose to my 2011 GTX supercharged and turned on the water before the engine was running. I've taken the intake manifold off and drained it out. Ive removed all the water from the cylinders and lubricated them. I definitely got water in the supercharger inlet. The manual says to remove the supercharger and replace the bearings. This is a little above my mechanical comfort level. Does anyone have a good idea of how to clean water out of the supercharger without removing and disassembling it?

When is the last time it was serviced ? If it’s been awhile take it out and have it done. If a bearing goes in a supercharger it’s usually a engine overhaul. FYI, you probably have a quart of water trapped in the muffler, take it out and drain it to be safe. A lot of people have made this mistake and you are the first to mention the supercharger bearings so it probably gets overlooked a lot. It sounds like you flooded it pretty good so they might need attention.
