Just finished having my 2007 GTX supercharger rebuilt, and was told to take it very easy the first tank of fuel. I'm almost halfway through the first tank and have noticed the engine still seems to idle harder than it did before rebuild. It runs fine at higher speeds but ranges anywhere from about 1600-2000 rpms at idle, and it seems to idle quicker at 5 mph and is more jerky than it was before. I'm just wondering if this is just because it needs wore in or if I should have the mechanic look at it again? I've also been using learner's key to break it in if that makes a difference.
