So i went for a ride the other week and my noticed my ski was running funky. Ran for a total of like 30 min. I noticed it ran good at first 10 min then, with throttle all the way down , it wasn’t really going anywhere , then all of a sudden it would take off like a bat outta hell. Had to idle and it shit off and didn’t turn on. When i get back i noticed the oil cable wasn’t attached to the carb and the bolts that hold the bracket From the carb box to the engine we’re not on. Basically it was like loose. My question is how likely is it i blew or messed my engine up ?

That’s good to know!!! Its smoking a lot to me, maybe I’m overthinking it. But it smokes like a cloud and some in the hull

If it's in the hull you might have an exhaust leak. It should smoke being a 2-stroke but not a cloud and should be just barely noticeable.
