Trying to remove the carb on my 94 seadoo sp but there is two bolts that seem to connect it to the engine was curious on how to get to them. The bolt on the right I can get to but the bolt on the left is blocked by the throttle wire that sits on the wheel. Any pics or directions would be awesome!

same deal on my 94 gts I removed the throttle wheel and cable to get to it but still not much room to wrench properly, thay sure didn't design them to be worked on easily

that is what the manual refers to be the best way but on the dual carb setup on my 94 gts it says to remove the six mounting bolts/allen screws but how in the world do you get the top two screws out there is no room to get at them

Is there any way to clean the carb without taking it off the engine?? Like maybe just exposing the flaps??

negative.
The cleaning is internal
The easiest if you can't get the carb bolts is to remove intake cover holding carbs.
Its four bolts....
