How to remove 95 pre carbon seal driveshaft and pump

I know on the carbon seal ones you move the silver collar and remove the o ring. On the earlier ones, does the driveshaft just pull out the back through the rubber tube with the cap and grease fitting, with the pump?

Driveshaft still pulls out the back. Then the seal carrier comes out from the inside of the hull.
