How to install the SeaDoo Output shaft seal for 4tec engines (420630551)?

Hello Folks,

Please, what is the correct side to install that part into the engine (Output shaft seal)?

This way (from the back to the front of the engine):




Or this way (from the back to the front of the engine):






My previous seal was like this:




Just tried to find that on the service manual but could not find it.

Not sure man, mine uses 2 small o rings. I would replace it the same way you took the old one out.

Yep, i´ve seen in some pics which in some models there are orings there.. I did not find them on mine or even on service shop manual for my model.
