Lets say someone wanted to remove both motors and jet drives from a speedster. How long do ya suppose that would take?

How long would it take to remove the engines and jets?

pumps and engine ? What for? I have always (the one time I did it) Took off Exhuast while on the boat, as I knew it needed to come out anyway.
I would say 3-4 hours per engine is conservative but a decent number for a DIY. Maybe a little more if you have carbon rings. I always found it a pain to slide the ring to undo the clip. I'd add 45 mins for that because I'm out of practice.
Pull Pump and shaft , pull flame arrestor, remove carb throttle cable, choke and fuel lines, exhaust pipe, starter connections,electrical plugs/hook ups, oil lines, unhook spark plugs and oil hoses, unbolt from boat bottom, hoist up. I might have missed something.
