Help with Single Carb Removal

I am trying to clean and replace gaskets on my 2001 Sea Doo GTI carb. I have the carburetor removed from the mounts and the throttle and choke lines disconnected however, there is one more 3 - 4 inch cable attached to the bottom of the carb that I cannot for the life of me get disconnected. It goes into some type of black cylinder and then into a mount. How do I remove it from the black cylinder? Thanks in advance.

That is the oil injection cable. remove it from the oil pump arm then rotate the black plastic guide to align the slot to remove the cable. The cable will remain connected to the carb.
