Help with 1995 HX seadoo!!!!!

Hey i have a 1995 HX seadoo i am having a problem with it boging down. it runs great out of the water but soon has i put it in the water it boges down. it idels good in the water just bogs down when you push the throttle to go. i have changed the oil amd fuel felter. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be????? Thanks!!!!
