Help please..very stumped!

Hi everyone..I am new to forums..I am trying to figure out what is wrong with my Speedster and would love some input from anyone that has time to reply!
I have had the speedster for about 3 years now. The first year i got it I had to replace a wear ring. did it all myslef followed instructions etc. Everything was fine. Last year at the end of the year my exhaust manifold bolts on one of the engines..driversside..kept coming loose and obviously poured water into the engine compartment and the overheating buzzer came on. I went to shore and took it apart the next day. Problem continued. This year I took everything apart and replaced my props as one was pretty badly scored and not smooth on edges thinking maybe that was causing vibration which was then causing the bolts to come loose. I also replaced the other wear ring. Put the boat together and took it for a spin. Bolts in exhaust still coming loose. And the first ride one engine stalled and would barely turn over and wouldnt fire.Every time you push the start button it would make a quick chugging sound but not turn over much as if there was some kind of pressure holding it back. Took it home and it started like nothing the next day.Took the exhaust right apart and cleaned threads etc as I never did the time before. Took it out the second time and the bolts did not seem to leak however after about 20 minutes of burning around the second engine stalled and again would barely turn over. Took it home and checked compression..pretty much 150 psi on all 4 cylinders. Tried the engine again today and it starts and turns over really good. Also the drivers side driveline bearing was seized so i replaced it at the start of the year. I never did look at the passenger side bearing as it was not stuck to the drive shaft when i took it all part. Could the driveline bearing be heating up and causing the engine to stop and then cools down and turns again? I am really confused as too why it is doing this and never did it last year. The warning buzzer is on all the time even at start up..could it be a wiring issue?Sorry i ran all over the place with this...just trying to remember what is going on with it as I am typing.

The tank is half full of oil...what are rv spigot lines? The buzzer is a continuous sound ...is it not supposed to beep when it over heats or is it a continuous sound? Thankyou for your time!
