Help finding XP steering small boot

I am Looking for help finding a part I have a 97 XP that I am trying to get back on the water I need one last part. Its the steering small boot next to the jet drive PN 277000466 or 277000038. I cant find one anywhere. I have also attached the parts diogram its item 43. Any help on finding this part would be amazing.
