HELP!! Cant get to the bolts

Hey guys. I have a 1991 Seadoo XP 587, yellow engine style. I am trying to remove the carbs. There are 4 bolt that connect it to the engine that a wrench cannot reach. Any helpful ideas?

The lower 2 on the rv cover are tight, other 2 on top.
