Now that I have all the exhaust/muffler assy out of my 05 RTX there appears to be a very tiny antifreeze leak where the closed coolant loop hose attaches to the heat exchanger on the port side of the machine. I wiped it dry and did a pressure leakdown test and there was absolutely no sign of fluid while under pressure. A couple days after pressure test there's now green coolant in the area. It appears to be leaking where the hose nipple meets the hull, NOT the hose/clamp connection. My question, is this a threaded hose barb, or a built on part of the heat exchanger? Can I simply screw it out and re-seal or replace, or must the entire heat exchanger be replaced?

Fairly common problem. Yes, the fttings unscrew. Just remove and use sealant or teflon tape and replace.
