A couple of questions. Is this how its running after the carb rebuild and wires with rotary valve? Was this how it was running before?
Some suggestions; Compression tests may show timing problems. After a Carb rebuild You should check the pop off level.
You will find threads in this Forum in the search window. I hope You find what You are looking for and Welcome to the Seadoo Forum.

it was the same before and after ....give me some time and check compression im taking it in tomorow to have dess keys programed maybe i can get them to check pop off presure

"carbon fiber 159 degree rotary valves passenger" These a garbage, replace the stock ones, and make sure you have it timed correctly, it doesn't sound like you currently do...

i forgot to say the carbs r leaking i replaced needle valves and rebuilt carbs but still leaking i put new gold spings in them i wondering if i put the wrong ones in i found out i had primers hooked into vent line
