GTX LTD lost RPM??

I cleaned the carbs,new coil,new gas lines,new plugs,spark is @ 15000 volts,both sides.The RPM won't go past 6800 at WOT??I would know what to do if it were a sled.But what controls the peak RPM on a Sea-Doo??

clean the raves. Your about 50-150 rpms off.

I checked them already,they are fine.The manual says 7200rpm,is that wrong??
