GTX DI shuts off at speeds over 30

I usually find all of my answers by searching the forum but I can't find anything on this issue. On a 2002 GTX DI, it starts and idles fine and after about two hours of running great this past weekend, it began to shut off if you go over 30 mph, (4800 rpm.) It never beeps or gives any warning info, it just stops. It will start right back up, and ride fine if you keep your speed down. I checked compression, charging status (all good) and looked for any suspect connections. Fuel is fresh and over half-full. Oil is over half-full. And when I say it stops, I mean it's like you pulled the D.E.S.S. off. What should I check next? Or am I off to the stealership?

Shuts off

Do you have to re-key the ski after it shuts off or can you just push the start/stop button and it starts right up?

No re-key necessary. Just push start... and off you go. Also the plugs are newer than original, but they are the factory NGK part number. The rectifier was installed less than ten hours ago and the charging system is working. About 14.1 above 3000 rpm

The next logical thing to test would be fuel pressure. You will need to hook up a fuel pressure gauge in a manner which allows you to read it while you ride the ski. The pressure should be around 30 PSI when you key up the ski (not running) and around 110 PSI when running. If you find you are losing fuel pressure I would remove the fuel pump from the fuel tank and check the strainer on the bottom to see if it was full of debris from the bottom of the tank.
