My GTX 2003 takes on Water While Sitting in Water Not Running

Most likely the carbon seal is leaking

While on the trailer, partially fill the hull, leaving the drain plugs in. See if water leaks out.

It leaks from where the two rods come out at the back and water is warm

By rods, you mean for direction and turning? My "Direction Cable Lock" broke and allowed water to get into mine. This is one the outside of the hull, circled in red...

that is correct the water comes out of the two sides where rod is connected to hull

Oh, part of the OPASS (Off Power Assisted Steering System). I haven't looked at those on my own machines. I will have to look at that too. Hope these help.
