Hi guys,
I'm facing some trouble on my GTI 155 SE.
Last time that I used it, I started the engine without any issue, after some waves I decided to rest a little bit on the beach.
After 1 hour, I started again the engine, and I noted that the noise and vibration was different, I opened the trottle and the RPM was stable at 4000....I decided to stop and check the engine, but from a quick view no signs of malfunction.
After the restart, all returned to normal. After some waves the engine started to make vibration+noise.
I decided to return back to the dock and lift it.
I opened the seat to get access to the engine, and I removed the 3 ignition coil.
One of this coils, has the plastic damaged with some signs of rust internally.
In my opinion this damage can cause the engine to run with 2 clinder causing engine vibration and acceleration problem.
Did any of you has ever experienced this type of issue?
I ordered new coil and I hope to receive it next week...USA-ITALY long trip....:-(
